No, you don’t need to create an account to make an order. We only accept orders from guests.

On the order page you, have to fill in your contact details and your shipping address. This must be done before you can make an order successfully.

First, you visit the product page on this website.

After the product description you scroll down, then select exactly how you want the product, these include the quantity needed, maybe product type and product color.

Along the line, fill in your contact details, full name, phone number, email, shipping address and add any additional note to SupreTek (this is optional).

Cross check your details for a second time, if it’s correct click the “Place Order” button.

If it’s successful, you will be redirected to a thank you page.

Kindly give us less than 24 hours and you will get a call from us to verify your order. In most case, we call from this number +234 (080) 9674 4694, kindly save it to ease the process.

Note: when we call, we will tell you your full name, shipping address and the product you ordered for. This is to verify it’s from SupreTek.

Please Beware of Scammers

Scammers can get your number from your Facebook profile, or use a powerful third-party software to extract your phone number from your Facebook profile without your approval even if your phone number is set to private or “seen by only me”. When they call they pretend to be SupreTek. They might ask for payment first or even ship a fake product to you and collect payment on delivery. Be Alert!

The call from SupreTek is to confirm your order before the order will be processed.

In most cases, you won’t make any payment until it’s delivered to you.

But we may request for #2,000 commitment fee first before shipping to you if our delivery agent in your state does not have the product with him. You will pay for the product when you get it.

If you wish to make payment before it arrives(delivery), we still accept payment before delivery.

Kindly let us know you want to make payment before delivery and we will forward you our bank account to make the payment.

We warehouse some of our products with some of our delivery agents. Customers buying from the state of such agents will not pay any money until it delivered to them.

While customers buying from other states will have to pay #2,000 commitment fee first for shipping before we ship to our agent in the state to deliver to you. When you get the product, you pay the price to the agent. This is to make sure, you are really serious about buying the product.

This is because we have made a huge loss by shipping to different states and customers end up not buying by telling us “they traveled”, some stop picking our calls, others block our numbers. Thereafter we ship to another state to deliver to another customer thus making us make a loss.

PS: We pay for shipping!

Be assured we are legit and you will get your product! If you don’t get it, we will make a refund.

Full payment is made on delivery to our agent, we may request for #2,000 commitment fee if our delivery agent in your state does not have the product with him. You will pay the balance to the agent when you get your product.

Sadly, you can’t track your order. We will call you on the morning of the delivery day or the night before the delivery day. Please do well to answer any new number and call back any new number you missed a call from, to make the delivering process faster.

It takes 1-5 days for nationwide delivery.

This may not include the 1-2 days processing time.

No, we don’t charge for shipping unless being specified on the product page.

We don’t use any shipping company because of their slow delivery and besides they are difficult to deal with.

We use personal delivery agents. Of course, they are trusted.

Yes, we have our personal delivery agent around the different states in Nigeria.

Yes, the cost or the balance for the product must be paid to the delivery agent, if you didn’t pay before delivery then you must pay on delivery.

Apart from this, no additional payment should be made to the delivery agent.

 

If the item you received is damaged or defective during shipping, you are eligible for a replacement.

Please contact Customer Service Team and be ready to provide photos or operating videos clearly showing the problem with the item.

Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it is damaged during shipping, you can reject it. Then you need to contact the Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

NOTE: You will return the defective or damaged item when we will deliver a new one to you.

In most cases, we will refund your money within 5 business days after your refund has been processed. The refund will be credited to your account.

SupreTek hopes you will be satisfied with every purchase you make. But if you want to return an item, returns must be prearranged and authorized by a Customer Support. The item will be shipped back to us, our address will be disclosed to you by our Customer Support Agent.

Item must be returned unused in its original condition. The packaging must not be broken wherever applicable. We cannot accept returns under these circumstances.

  1. It is beyond the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee Period.
  2. Seasonal items (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) after the event date are included in the order.
  3. The detailed size chart is included in the description. The size you choose does not fit you well.
  4. Customer has changed their mind.
